Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

No. If services are required to travel 20 miles outside of studio location then an additional travel fee will be implemented into the total cost of the requested services.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Client will be encourged to relocate to a studio or to a more covered location to avoid any safety issues and to prevent damage to photographer equipment. If client request to reschedule, they would be allowed to but will be required to make another deposit for the requested services if request is made day of shoot.
